Paisley

Beauty photography is a definite love of mine so when Paisley contacted me with an idea for a shoot, I was all in! We wanted fresh skin, wispy hair, and eyes you could get lost in. We kept the first look minimal and focused on the complexion. I used RCMA products to enhance Paisley's already perfect skin, Stila Stay All Day Brow Pen to perfect her brows, tons of Loreal Voluminous Mascara, single lashes, and a neutral peachy color for her lips (I think I mixed a Stila lipstick with some gloss...?). We kept her hair wavy and tousled for an effortless windblown look.

For the second look we deepened the eyes just a bit and added a statement red lip (Urban Decay's Vice Lipstick in #714). We then pulled Paisley's hair back for a more refined look but kept lots of wispy baby hairs around her face to soften the look.

For the last look, we drew inspiration from the bronzed perfection of California in the summer. I used Stila Glitter and Glow Eye Shadow in Gold Goddess for the pop on her eyes (seriously the best way to do glitter!), lots on bronzer, and a mix of neutral bronzed shades for the lips. We pumped up the curl in her hair and kept things tousled to reflect Paisley's free spirit. We used a neutral grey polish from Julep throughout the shoot to compliment the background (which ended up not showing in most of the photos anyways). If you have any questions on how these looks were achieved, please feel free to ask in the comments below!
